- If you or your driver/house help ruin or break the cake, once we've handed it to you in perfect condition, we don't take responsibility for the damages. If you want it fixed (given that there is time and we are open) you'll be charged half the amount of the total again.
- No credit payments.
- No order is confirmed without at least 50% advance payment.
- No refunds if the order isn't cancelled/ rescheduled at least 48 hours before hand.
- We try to make our own interpretation of the cake designs you share. We have the right to exercise artistic licensure to make your cake the best tasting, aesthetically pleasing and a fully balanced dessert. No one's art can be replicated 100% anyway.
- Custom cake toppers/stencils need to be ordered a few days in advance and cost extra.
- 7. Floral arrangements on cakes will depend on the availability of artificial flowers + which fresh ones are in season and readily available.
- Orders placed on short notice will be charged a premium price.
- Orders that aren't picked up within 24+ hours of the agreed-upon time, they will be resold, donated or discarded.
- SB Bake Hub happens to be a home based set up and not a drive through service. Spare 15 minutes, minimum, to ensure your cake is packed and is handed to you..For special designs such as ribbon cakes, floral cakes, sticker cakes, faux ball cakes, and heavy vintage styles, the minimum size is 2 pounds.
- Each cake is lovingly handmade, which means there may be slightly variations from the inspiration picture. Every cake is unique in its own way.
- Delivery charges apply depending on the area in Multan.Deliveries can be arranged by bike or car, and charges vary accordingly.
- Dark-colored theme may sometimes leave temporary stains, so we suggest choosing colors with this in mind.
